We want you to be completely satisfied with your LESTRANGE purchase. If your items are not quite right, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn garments in their original packaging.
Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original shipping box or a similar secure mailer, ensuring all original tags remain attached to the garments.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
